1. Service Agreement
By engaging with ADVANCE CHEMICAL DISTRIBUTION, INC., you're entering into a robust partnership built on transparency. Our logistics, transit, and forwarding services are governed by the specific bill of lading issued at the time of pickup.
How do we ensure your cargo stays safe? Our team adheres to international maritime and road freight regulations, ensuring every delivery meets the high-performance benchmarks we're known for.
2. Warehousing & Storage
Our warehouses for freight transportation are climate-controlled and secure. Items stored within our facilities remain under our care, but remain subject to standard industry liability limits unless additional insurance is requested.
We've found that early notification of high-value cargo allows us to implement enhanced security protocols immediately. Don't leave it to chance. Specific storage fees apply after the initial 72-hour grace period upon arrival at our hubs.
3. Forwarding API & Digital Use
Users of our Forwarding API agree not to reverse engineer or disrupt the service. We provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee for our tracking and logistics management interfaces.
Are you using our logo on your wallpapers or internal sites? We grant a limited license for our "set a truck as your wallpaper" promotional media, provided it's used for personal, non-commercial inspiration. Just keep our branding intact.
4. Liability & Force Majeure
Logistics is complex. While we're experts at navigation, ADVANCE CHEMICAL DISTRIBUTION, INC. is not liable for delays caused by customs interventions, extreme weather patterns, or global trade disruptions beyond our immediate control.
Should an event occur, we'll notify you through our automated delivery tracking system within 4 hours. We believe and practice proactive communication in every crisis.
